Today will be the last day of classes in our building. Monday we will start classes at our new location, 319 East Valley Parkway. While there is not much equipment left, anything that is can be moved to the new building tomorrow. Any help before or after your workout would be greatly appreciated. The only classes will be our regular CrossFit classes at 8, 9, and 11am.

100 Abmat Sit Ups
75 Air Squats
50 Push Ups
Spend 3 – 5 Min on each side smashing the calves on a roller or barbell
Spend 2 Min on each side in a classic calf mobilization
